Contact
This space is open for thoughtful connection.
If something you’ve read here has stayed with you, or you’d like to share a reflection of your own, you’re welcome to get in touch. I read every message, though replies may take a little time. This blog moves at a human pace.
I’m also open to receiving written submissions from others who feel aligned with the tone of Moments of Clarity. These don’t need to be polished or professional. What matters most is honesty and care.
Submission guidelines
If you’re considering submitting something, a few gentle notes:
-
Submissions should be reflective rather than instructional
-
Personal experiences are welcome, especially around care, change, uncertainty, or presence
-
Writing should be calm, thoughtful, and non sensational
-
There’s no fixed word count, but clarity and restraint matter more than length
-
I can’t guarantee publication and may not be able to respond to every submission
If a piece feels right for the space, I’ll be in touch.
Please note that I’m not able to offer medical advice or one to one support. This is a reflective space, not a professional resource.
Thank you for being here, and for taking the time to read with care.
